John Smart, a native of Kentucky, earned his degree in construction science and management from Eastern Kentucky University. His career has taken him across the United States and internationally, working on various projects in Charlotte, Washington D.C., and beyond. With over thirty years of experience in construction with a focus on historical projects, John made the Charleston area his home. John enjoys all the low country has to offer and to spend time with his wife Heidi and daughter Arabella.
Throughout his career, John has demonstrated a passion for construction, utilizing his expertise to ensure that each project is completed to the highest standard. His focus on historical projects has allowed him to develop a deep understanding of the unique challenges that arise in restoring and preserving buildings and structures with significant historical value.
With his wealth of knowledge and experience, John has become a trusted figure in the construction industry, respected by his colleagues and clients alike.
Dominic Volpe
Dominic Volpe is a seasoned construction professional with over thirty years of experience in the industry. A native of Pennsylvania, he was drawn to the South by his passion for the historical nature and construction of Charleston, South Carolina. Dominic’s expertise in the industry is well-respected by his colleagues and customers, who trust him for his meticulous attention to detail and his commitment to delivering high-quality work. His extensive knowledge of construction has allowed him to specialize in historic renovation and preservation projects in and around Charleston, where he has established himself as a trusted expert in his field.
In addition to his successful career, Dominic is a devoted family man who has built a beautiful home with his wife Stephanie Volpe and raised two wonderful daughters, Halley and Alexis.
